Shipping & Returns

Currently, Misioo Japan's head office and warehouse are both located in Hong Kong. All products will be shipped from Hong Kong.

Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email with your order number.

Standard Delivery - Delivered within 7-16 business days

Express Delivery - Delivered within 3-7 business days

We will not be liable for the damage caused on the packaging during the transport; however we may take charge of any damage caused during transport. You may declare the damage within 3 days of receipt and email us with the photos of the damaged product and your order number. No claims will be accepted upon the mentioned period.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please contact us within 3 days after receipt of the product for exchange and return. We accept exchange and return of products only if they are different from your order, or if they are damaged. If you wish to exchange or return, the item must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging

We will bear the shipping charges for exchange and return. However, exchange will be subject to stock availability. No refund will be made if attempted delivery is refused by the recipient without notice within 3 days of the delivery attempt.

Exchanges and returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Incorrect product sent
Items that are damaged after delivery
If there is a shortage of product tags, labels, accessories, etc.
Damage declared more than 3 days after the receipt of the products
